Supply and upgrade
Where all 100 billion TEL sits, and how the move to v3 is going.
Supply
TEL’s 100 billion were all created on Ethereum in December 2017. TEL on Polygon and Base is the same supply moved across a bridge: the Ethereum tokens are locked in the bridge contract and an equal amount exists on the other chain.
Read from the original Ethereum contract’s totalSupply.
Total supply minus every Association safe and the 5B filed under existing agreements.
Sum of all 14 official safes, legacy and v3 TEL, on all three chains.

v3 upgrade
Since September 24, 2026 holders swap 2-decimal TEL for 18-decimal v3 TEL one-for-one. Old TEL sent to the migration contract stays locked there, so the locked balance on each chain is the amount upgraded. The window closes September 24, 2027, and Telcoin Network accepts only v3.
